Senior Sales Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer


  • To maintain, expand our sales in China/HK for design in and transfer business with focus on our acoustic/magnetic products.
  • Responsible for targeting the key accounts in the Region, interact with decision makers and closing deals
  • To monitor new project launching by well communication with oversea colleagues and factory
  • To handle all issues including Sales budget, quotation, order, delivery and quality issues and liability settlement
  • To have on site visit at both customer and vendor with other team members, if required, for project follow up and problem solving
  • Work closely with internal team and customer for new project launching
  • To provide factory visit and audit support to customer when needed.
  • To provide customer visit report and sales budget to the Sales Manager as per current company’s regulation and CRM system.


  • must be highly-motivated sales achiever who has a demonstrable solid track-record
  • More than 5 years sales experience within electronic components or 3-5 years project management experience.   Preferable in the passive components industry/ acoustic product
  • possess a degree, preferably with an engineering background
  • good account management skill preferred, furthermore need to be customer driven and results oriented
  • fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • aggressive, target-oriented and willing to take up challenges
  • strong presentation skills by using MS-Office products
  • frequent travel mainly to China is required
