Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers in an assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing product training and support to customers and sales representatives.

Develop new and existing accounts by primarily working with engineers in the design in of Ole Wolff components. Prior electronic compoent sales/engineering support experience in promoting the same components is a must. Subject to where the candidate is located, the option to work from home / or flexi time from one of our offices.

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree either in engineering or business.
  • 4 year + sales experience in similar components market.
  • Must be highly self motivated, disciplined and focused
  • The candidate should have immediate access to potential new customers for Ole Wolff by his/her prior work experience.
  • Technical knowledge of acoustic and magnetic components is a plus
