In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with our valued customers.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans for our magnetic component product lines to achieve revenue targets and market growth.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on sectors such as medical, telecommunications, and industrial applications.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, tier-one suppliers, and other key customers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with engineering, R&#038;D, and product management teams to align customer needs with product features and capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver professional sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Represent Ole Wolff at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to build brand awareness and expand networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience selling inductor components (or similar experience) into the same customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical understanding of magnetic components, their applications, and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or similar in Engineering or Electronics.<\/li>\n<li>Full UK Driving License required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work with cutting-edge magnetic component technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Car allowance.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working arrangement;
